The name on your ajjl account must match the name on your government-issued identification document and the name on any payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. Withdrawal requests on ajjl are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in line with anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Standard withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within approximately five minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours.

A monthly administration fee of ₱100 will be deducted from dormant account balances until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Reactivating your account stops dormancy fees from that point forward.

Bonus funds credited to your ajjl account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms; unexpired bonus funds are forfeited when the validity period ends.

All promotions on ajjl are available for a limited period. ajjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for genuine recreational players and ajjl may limit or withdraw promotional eligibility for any account at its discretion.
All games on the ajjl platform are governed by the specific rules displayed in the game information panel or game lobby for that title. Where a conflict exists between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules apply to that game's conduct while these Terms apply to all account and financial matters.
In the event of a technical malfunction or error that results in an incorrect game result, payout, or display, ajjl reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the player's account. Bets placed during a known or obvious technical error are void. ajjl is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical failure of the player's own device, internet connection, or power supply.
If your connection to the ajjl platform is interrupted during an active game round, the round will continue according to the game's built-in rules (such as auto-discard in Tongits or auto-play in table games). The result of a round that completes during a disconnection is final and binding. ajjl recommends playing on a stable network connection to minimise the risk of disruption.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ajjl platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Where prohibited conduct is identified, ajjl will take immediate action including account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ajjl platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ajjl's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
